A Tribute To Shark

If you’re ever in doubt of what to do in a specific situation, ask yourself what any of these following Alpha Males would do
(The list is in no specific order)
Fightclub- The apex of Alpha-Male movies. Tyler Durden embodies the very meaning of masculinity and charisma. His unique dressing style with the signature jacket mirrors his Nihilistic outlook on life. He’s ambitious and despite his constant fucking around, he maintains a burning passion to take down corporate America. Watch him as he strives to achieve his goals, he is BOTH careless AND zealous. He acts stupid, but is highly capable and productive. He organizes a cult-like following around him and leads his men with confidence equal to a fascist dictator

Pirates of the Caribbean- CAPTAIN Jack Sparrow fulfills two almost contradicting fantasies that women have. They want a man who is dedicated, zealous, and passionate, yet also a man who is playful, and lives life carefree. If your confused about how to accomplish both simultaneously, watch Jack Sparrow and Tyler Durden live life in both ways harmoniously. Sparrow’s drunken yet charming character creates an eccentric and magnetic personality that people are drawn to. He dominates every scene that he’s in.

Star Wars- Darth Vadar is such an intensely dominant and powerful figure that the authority in his personality is almost mystical. His voice is as Alpha as it can get, his movements are slow yet controlled, and he doesn’t tolerate bullshit…ever. Although we don’t want to give him too much credit; if the imperial march played every time you walked into a room, you wouldn’t have a huge problem being an Alpha Male either.

The Lion King- Mufasa is the archetypal father figure. Look at the scene after Simba disobeys him and goes to the elephant graveyard and almost gets killed. Mufasa handles Simba’s disrespectful behavior PERFECTLY.

Ocean’s 11, 12, 13: It’s not so much the character Daniel Ocean as it is George Clooney’s super smooth persona. Clooney has a Zen-like smooth personality, on the same level as Elvis and Sean Connery

James Bond: Not much needs to be said; the prototype that god used to create man. A man of ACTION ACTION ACTION

Gregory House: Super intelligent, arrogant, and possibly the biggest asshole on television. Notice how being an Alpha can change the dynamics of a social situation. House is a dick to people, but his “my way or the highway” attitude is tolerated because his genius commands an incredible amount of respect and admiration. Being that big of a dick gets you socially out-casted if you’re a beta (you’ll always notice that one guy who everyone thinks is obnoxious and hates), but if you’re a super alpha it creates an addictive personality.

Clint Eastwood: A cultural Icon for masculinity.

The Godfather: Vito Corleone. Notice how he’s both ruthless, and kind at the same time. He has no problems giving the order to kill someone, yet at the same time cherishes familial values and holds his own ethics to a high standard. The combination of a villain who has compassion creates a figure that people LOVE. Al Capone is a real-life testimony to this.

Bugs Bunny: If you think I’m kidding, I’m not. Watch the cartoons from your childhood again and just pay attention to how fucking smooth this guy is.
