Less than 30% of what you communicate to others is done verbally. Everything else is communicated through your body language, tone of voice, and posture. Having proper body language is beneficial for multiple reasons but I think the most important one is that it creates a positive cycle. Having good posture and displaying proper body language makes you feel in control, confident, and Alpha. By making you feel more confident, you seem more confident and then your posture / body language naturally gets better. If you FEEL Alpha, you will BE Alpha. NOTHING in the world is more important than that. You can memorize all the Alpha Male traits and tactics you want, but unless you FEEL and BELIEVE that you ARE Alpha, you won’t be.

1) Always stay relaxed- An obvious one. If James Bond has a gun pointed to his face, does he even fidget? Studies indicate that people who act relaxed when they are nervous slowly become less nervous. Your mind and body try and stay synchronized. Try it for yourself, and I guarantee it’ll work. ACT relaxed even if you’re not feeling like it. When you stand, slouch on one leg. Find something to lean on. Have your hand by your crotch. Kick your legs up. Spread out your belongings in the bar table (wallet, keys, phone). When you’re sitting, keep your hands behind your head. Take up as much space as you want, and sit in the most comfortable position possible. Make others uncomfortable if you have to.

2) Slow everything Down- Similar to being relaxed. Alpha Males move slower and talk slower. Betas talk fast because they’re nervous and want to get everything. They think they’ll be interrupted and want to know if their comment was approved by the resident Alpha as soon as possible. They walk faster because they always feel a sense of urgency. Alphas walk slower because they feel a sense of control. They are never in a rush.

3) Hold Eye contact- This is like when bulls lock horns. Hold eye contact until the other person looks down. The only exception is that you shouldn’t stare so long that it becomes awkward. You KNOW your Alpha, so if someone is staring you down, they’re probably just insecure and are trying to forcefully assert their dominance over you. As long as you YOURSELF don’t let your mind be mentally dominated by the other person, they will NOT gain dominance. Always remember that you’re Alpha.

4) Move with purpose. Alpha Males are driven. They are passionate, ambitious, and hungry. They have goals. When they move, they aren’t jumpy. Beta Males are quirky because they constantly feel threatened. They jump to people’s needs, because they always want to feel qualified. When Alpha Males move, it is because THEY want to move, not because something else is making them move. I know this might not make complete sense at first, but think about it and you’ll understand it better.

5) You don’t have to smile, laugh, or give your attention to something. Ok, so when an Alpha Male enters a club, he’s smiling because he’s confident. When a beta male enters a club, he’s not smiling because he’s dreading approaching women. When an Alpha Male makes a joke, a beta ALWAYS laughs to seek approval. When a beta male makes a joke, an Alpha Male laughs only if it’s funny. Beta Males laugh at social encounters too much. This is their way of showing that they are non-threatening. Alpha Males don’t care how threatening they are. They laugh and smile when they want to. If you ever see people chat online, look at a beta male’s conversation and compare it to an Alpha’s. Betas say “lol” every fucking 5 seconds; you would think that they were flirting with a fucking school of clowns on chat roulette or something.

6) Take the lead in physical deliberations. When you’re walking through doors, walk through them first (unless you’re holding the door open for a girl). When you’re at six flag and all your friends are too scared to go on a roller coaster, be the first one to volunteer. Be the first one to join the dance floor. Never show any hesitation for anything; never show the slightest hint of fear.
